It's Official

It is now official that the 95 RPM thing sucks, and I mean realy sucks! It is hard and I don't like it or appreciate it at all. I know that it will make me a better cyclist but it just isn't any fun. I gave it a chance.

I don't think it's 'cheating' or kidding yourself to do your runs on the treadmill if it means you can build a consistent base in safety.
As for the 95rpm I tried it for about 1minute on my exercise bike - not even my real bike - and nearly threw up, so I think it must take some getting used to!!

Don't give up. You're right, it does suck but if it was easy, everyone would do it.

You've seen the data supporting this to be the most effective way for you to reach your goals.

Keep you eye on the prize. We know you can do it!

I'm kind of the same with my HR on a trainer. I just can't seem to get it where it needs to be unlike outside.

As to the rpms. Focus on when your moving, the average will kill you. and drop your gearing.

You know what your doing. Trust.

BTW, are you still doing Tucson marathon? I am still planning on running with you and John.
